Who we are

GuiltFree Foods is the trading name of Simply Gluten Free Pty Ltd (ABN 69 730 670 382), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This policy covers the pre-launch website at guiltfreefoods.com.au, which is currently a "coming soon" page used to collect email addresses from people who want to be notified when we launch.

What we collect

At this stage, the only personal information we collect through this site is the email address you voluntarily submit through the "Notify Me for Early Access" form. We don't currently collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personal information through this page.

How we collect it

The signup form on this site is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit your email, it is sent to and briefly stored by Formspree before being delivered to us. Formspree's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

This page also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser sends a request directly to Google, which may log standard technical information such as your IP address as part of that request, separately from anything we collect ourselves.

Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you a notification when GuiltFree Foods officially launches. We do not currently use it for ongoing marketing, newsletters, or any purpose beyond that single launch notification, unless you separately opt in to further communications down the track.

Sharing your information

We don't sell, rent, or trade your email address to any third party. It's used solely to contact you about our launch, and is shared only with Formspree as the service that processes the form submission on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We retain your email address until we've sent the launch notification, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Your rights and unsubscribing

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the email address we hold for you at any time, and any email we send you will include a clear way to opt out of future contact, in line with Australia's Spam Act 2003 requirements for commercial electronic messages.

Changes to this policy

This is an interim policy covering only the pre-launch signup form. Once GuiltFree Foods launches as a full online store, this policy will be expanded to cover order, shipping, and payment information, and we'll update the date above whenever that happens.
